Responsibilities
Develop Functional Specifications and Solution Designs
Be ready to align with Business Stakeholders or other team members
Participate in Scrum meetings and workshops
Support the Scrum Master and the team
Participate in Sprint/PI planning activities
Provide estimates.
Requirements
Experience and knowledge in SAP CRM is mandatory
Technical documentation preparation: Functional Specifications, Design Documents etc.
Experience and knowledge in SAP BRIM would be an advantage
SAP CRM Web UI customizing experience would be an advantage
Understanding of SAP function modules, reports, programs as well as debugging skills
Understanding of SAP integrations with PO and 3rd party systems would be an advantage
Experience and knowledge on Master Data and Transactional Data objects would be an advantage
Experience for supporting the delivery of a functional requirements process and for monitoring its effectiveness and continual improvement
Experience for supporting the set-up and management of a consultancy approach relating to the delivery of SAP CRM solutions
Knowledge of business process mapping to SAP CRM would be an advantage.
English level:
